My blood work is whistle clean and much better than it was before. No body fat scale.

I don't take a break from working out to lose weight if you are stressing your body doing that amount and intensity, because I don't know your body. In reality though, it's just what my body —and my wogking. If you allow your body a week of full rest, the hormones return to normal levels, and fat loss will begin to take place once again. What I losse noticed in the last four months is that I lose no weight during the three weeks I exercise. Your body needs carbs for fuel. Are you certain that's correct? Spread your workouts over the full four weeks, with a day off every four or so days to recover.
