Its just BS. I'd say honestly evaluate what you want from your exercise and decide from there.

Except that it sucks. It is extreme, but it works. My plan is to, everyday, no matter what eat fewer calories than I burned through basic metabolism and exercise. Blood pressure, heart disease, joint injury, all of these can cause serious problems if not taken into account, so yes: see you doctor first. It's tough, but nowhere near as tough as P90X or Insanity. The answer is simple: anybody can do Insanity.

The people who do Insanity got that way by years and years of hard work, not in 60 days. Start by tracking everything you eat. You may have had trouble losing weight or maintaining your weight loss, been diagnosed with medical problems and endured the social stigma of obesity.

I'm not quitting morbidlu when I see my shirt soaking wet after a workout knowing how much good it's doing me. Got down in the low 's and dropped 4"off my waist. Ive read about it, Ive heard about it and now I am taking the step that should put me where i want to be physically. Keep at it!
